Acceptable Use Policy

Last update: October 16th, 2026

This policy explains what you may not do with AnkerSpace, including websites, blogs, forms, file uploads, contacts, quotes, invoices, payments, agreements, and marketing messages ("the Services"). It applies to you, your team, and anyone you let use your account or your managed businesses. It is part of the AnkerSpace Terms of Use. If they conflict, the Terms of Use control.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

You may not use the Services to:

  • break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so

  • sell, promote, or arrange illegal goods or services, or goods or services you are not licensed to provide

  • exploit or harm minors, including any content that sexualizes minors (we report it to the authorities)

  • threaten, harass, bully, stalk, or incite violence against anyone

  • promote terrorism or violent extremism

  • run fraud, scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or deceptive "get rich quick" offers

  • impersonate a person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your connection to one

2. Content

You may not publish, send, or store content that:

  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights

  • is sexually explicit or pornographic

  • promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status

  • contains malware, phishing pages, or links built to deceive or harm

  • is false or misleading in a way that could harm people, such as fake reviews, fake health claims, or counterfeit goods

3. Personal information and privacy

  • Collect personal information only with a lawful basis, and tell people how you use it in a privacy notice.

  • Don't collect sensitive information you don't need through forms or uploads. That includes full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, and health information that would make AnkerSpace a HIPAA business associate.

  • Don't use contacts or customer data for any purpose they weren't collected for, and don't sell or share them in breach of the law.

  • Don't upload other people's personal information without a right to do so.

4. Email and other marketing messages

When you use Marketing to send email, or other channels as they become available, you must follow the Marketing and Campaign Messages section of the Terms of Use. In particular, you may not:

  • send to purchased, rented, traded, shared, scraped, or harvested lists, or to anyone who hasn't agreed to hear from you

  • send from a domain you don't own or aren't authorized to use

  • hide or remove the unsubscribe link, or keep mailing anyone who unsubscribed, bounced, or complained

  • use misleading sender names, subject lines, or content

  • send messages that promote anything this policy prohibits

5. Payments, quotes, invoices, and agreements

  • Accept payments only for real goods and services that you provide yourself.

  • Don't sell anything on the restricted or prohibited business lists of our payment provider, Stripe, unless Stripe has approved it for you.

  • Don't use invoices, payment links, or signature requests to collect money or signatures under false pretenses.

  • Don't send agreements for e-signature that you aren't authorized to make, or use them to mislead the signer.

6. Security and system integrity

You may not:

  • access, or try to access, accounts, workspaces, businesses, or data that aren't yours

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written permission

  • get around rate limits, sending limits, billing, plan limits, or other usage controls

  • upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code (we scan uploaded files and may block or delete them)

  • overload or disrupt the Services, or use bots or automation that place unreasonable load on them

  • reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it

  • use the Services to host files or content for distribution unrelated to your business, such as file sharing or general hosting

7. Websites and domains

  • Your websites must represent a real business that you own or are authorized to represent.

  • Don't use a site, preview link, or link-tracking domain for phishing, cloaking, redirecting to harmful sites, or spam.

  • Connect only domains that you own or are authorized to use.

8. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have broken this policy, we may act without notice when the risk calls for it. We may:

  • remove or disable content, files, forms, or sites

  • pause or limit sending, payments, or signature requests

  • suspend a managed business, a feature, or your account

  • end your account for serious or repeated violations

  • report illegal activity to the authorities and cooperate with lawful requests

Where we can, we will tell you what happened and how to fix it. Enforcement doesn't limit any other rights we have under the Terms of Use.

9. Reporting abuse

To report a violation, including spam, phishing, or infringing content, email support@ankerspace.com with links or copies of the messages involved. Send copyright infringement notices to our designated agent as described in our Copyright Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated policy.
