Do I need to know how to code?
No. The website builder is visual, and the customer relationship tools use familiar ideas such as people, notes, conversations, inquiries, and tasks.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is the private home for your business in Ankerspace. It contains your team, customer information, website, and subscription.
Can my team use Ankerspace with me?
Yes. You can invite members and manage roles and permissions. Team capacity depends on your plan; Growth currently supports up to five members.
Can I use my own website address?
Yes. Paid website plans include hosting and let you connect a custom domain. You can also create an Ankerspace subdomain while setting up your site.
Does Ankerspace replace Gmail?
No. Connect your Gmail account and send one-to-one messages from Ankerspace so the outbound conversation and delivery status stay with the customer record. Full inbound Gmail syncing is not currently included.
Do website form submissions appear in customer relationships automatically?
Not yet. Website forms can send submission notifications today. Retained submissions and automatic customer follow-up are planned so the handoff can happen safely and without duplicates.
Can I manage more than one business in a workspace?
The platform is designed for it, but the current product starts with one primary managed business. Multi-business management and switching are planned future capabilities.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes the core customer relationship tools for one owner. Add a website by moving to a paid plan.
